Trevor began visiting Sierpe with his family in the summer of 1992. He has taken many vacations to Sierpe since 1992 and has in depth knowledge of the area and most all of the people who liver here. In 2005 he dream came true and he was able to move full time to Sierpe and work in Real Estate. Trevor’s love of people and his desire to share this wonderful place with like-minded individuals shows in his dedication to his work. Trevor has mastered the enjoyment of life and is the perfect example of someone “living the dream”. His resourcefulness in finding the right property at the right price is passed along to Amigos de Osa clients who also benefit from his Spanish fluency and knowledge of the area. Above all, his attention to our clients’ needs and wants is what makes their Costa Rican dreams a reality. Born and raised in Hayward, Wisconsin, he has always enjoyed the outdoors and now especially likes SCUBA diving and surfing. His influence in the community reaches far beyond business as he has truly become a member of the extended family we call Sierpe. Chelsea Carlsson

Chelsea first visited Sierpe in 2006 while she was living in Costa Rica studying Spanish. After graduating from her hometown university, California State University, Chico, with a Bachelor’s Degree in English Education she followed her heart to Sierpe to work full time in Real Estate with Amigos de Osa. Her love of the community and dedication to respecting the natural beauty of the area makes her the perfect fit for Amigos de Osa. In her role as Buyer’s Agent she works with a network of associate Realtors throughout Costa Rica to find you the perfect property. Since Amigos de Osa prides itself on their commitment to search out all options on your behalf, she will make sure you get the right fit, even if it takes you out of the Osa. Chelsea’s passion for teaching also keeps her active in lives of children in Sierpe. Her goals include bringing a library to the area, organizing community service projects and striving to help people protect Costa Rica while enjoying it. Chelsea also enjoys SCUBA diving, jungle hikes, days at the beach and forging bonds with locals. Her friendliness is a mirror of Sierpe’s most prominent quality.

Jake Elliott

Jake, a Boston native, is newest to the Amigos de Osa team and brings a broad range of previous experience in Costa Rica as well as a high level of Spanish fluency. In 2005, while attending the University of Denver, he visited Costa Rica and studied Central American Culture and Politics. Upon receiving his B.S.B.A in International Business he joined the Peace Corps and was positioned in Sierpe where he headed up small business and micro credit coaching, fell in love with the kindhearted people and beautiful surroundings and met his current partners, Trevor and Chelsea. Jake currently lives full time in Sierpe where he coordinates the logistics of sales, rentals and tours and carries out Amigos de Osa’s promise to give back to Sierpe. Jake is a life long outdoor enthusiast and continues to love the natural playground that exists throughout the Osa Peninsula Region. As this area grows so does your team of Amigos working to bring further investment and conservation opportunities in this beautiful region and unique community.
